Breakfast was a full menu of everything you can imagine and it was very good as well.
Last night, we had a special guest stop by and see us!! My scheduler, Alyssa lives in Jacksonville and drove down after dinner and spent some time with us.
The scenery was very beautiful today, we rode along some water for many miles. I am not sure what water way this is, sorry. There were a lot of nice houses along this stretch of land, although this is not one of them.
At the second rest stop today, Lynn was working as a volunteer and she took a break to show me around. She seemed to be in charge by the time I got there and that wasn't here assigned role. LOL
Lynn had a ton of food at her stop and I had to try a lot of different things, just what I needed. Actually it was great, especially the Reece's, Rice Krispy treats, anaimal crackers, and the PB and J.
I rode the rest of the miles back to the camp and was back before Lynn, around 1:45. Not bad for 72 miles with stops.
Dinner was good but not as good as yesterday's. They made jambalaya and peach cobbler and key lime pie for desert.
A funny thing keeps happening to Lynn on this trip. She seems to be making a lot of friends, specifically female friends that are here with their significant other who also happens to be female.
Tomorrow is a short day, 45 miles, so I am going to crank it out in the am and head back to camp and get Lynn and then we are going to spend the rest of the day in St Augustine.
And the evening ended wit music by Little Jake.
Thanks for following along.
